One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in around the world! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and the village of Stanford. Without any argument one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever experienced. The house offers everything you could possibly need and more to be completely comfortable for a memorable stay. The location was quiet yet provided easy access to the lovely little village of Stanford. This was a really memorable experience and one we would love to repeat. Marcelle and Dave were the perfect hosts.
This is a charming home, perfectly located in Stanford for walking, eating out or a peaceful meal on the front porch. David and Marcelle are exceptional hosts. The house is very well appointed, from the linens to the welcome note and wine. The pool was a welcome relief to the warm weather. We wished we had booked for longer and plan on a return visit. Really a special place. Highly recommend.
Very hard to write this review because we don’t want this house booked out when we want to go again! We have finally found our favourite Stanford house & this is the 9th one we’ve stayed in.
David and Marcelle have a wonderful home that we stayed in for the third time, it’s home from home we love it and will be back regularly. All our friends and family love it too.
What a great find in Stanford. The cottage has everything you need to feel right at home. Everything was superb! Great communication from the hosts about the cottage and also local recommendations. Felt like a local. Will 100% recommend to friends!
