Three bedrooms all with luxury white linen and good quality towels and electric blankets and modest bathrooms

The main bedroom with king size bed  opens to the front patio and has an en-suite bath with an overhead shower

The middle bedroom with a single bed has an ensuite shower and opens to the pool patio 

The third bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower is detached from the main house but linked via an undercover patio and opens to the pool patio. 

Perfect for two couples or a family with older children. 

Open plan double volume living room, dining area, and kitchen opening onto front covered patio and back pool patio 

Fully walled with an alarm system 

Parking for 2 vehicles within the walled property 

The swimming pool is solar-warmed and is unprotected 

Lock up back storeroom with washing machine and dishwasher and storage space for bicycles

RATES 2023-2024

LOW SEASON – R 1 800.00 per night
1 May 2023 to 30 September 2023 – Minimum 2 nights stay during low and season

HIGH SEASON – R 2 200.00 per night
1 October 2023 to 30 April 2024 – Minimum 5 nights stay during peak periods.

PEAK SEASON – R 2 500.00 per night
16 December 2023 to 7 January 2024; and 26 April 2024 to 5 May 2024 – Maximum 14 Nights’ stay during all periods.

Note:
Rates are per night for the cottage.

CHILDREN – Children are welcome.Note the pool is uncovered and unprotected.

PETS – No pets allowed.

SMOKING – Smoking is prohibited inside.

PARTIES – No parties are allowed as our neighbours are residents.
Please respect the reasonable desire for peace and quiet, especially at night

FIRES – Only light fires in the designated areas like braai, indoor fireplace

WASTE –Please use the designated garbage and recycling bin and remove all food from the kitchen and fridge and load the dishwasher

CLEANING – On request – Linen and Towel change and light cleaning is available for stays of 7 nights or more at a cost of R600 per clean

CANCELATION POLICY

• If a booking is cancelled by Bramber Cottage, all payments by the Guest shall be refunded in full.
• If a booking is cancelled by the Guest, the following refund policy will apply:
• Full refund for cancellation NOT later than 30 days before check-in.
  50% refund for cancellation later than 30 days before check-in, but NOT later than 14 days before check-in.
• NO refund will be made for cancellation after 14 days before check-in.
• For bookings made fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will apply if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking AND is made at least 14 days before check-in.

PAYMENT POLICY – A deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of the booking. The full balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival. No cheques are accepted.

Guests enter and use these premises at their own risk. The property owners, shareholders, and their associated parties shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury to property or person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act of omission; and strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. The owners reserve the right to withdraw or shorten any overnight package at any time and to make such changes and alterations as may be found necessary to ensure the safety of all guests.
